Intelligent Incident is designed with incident management specifically in mind.  With Intelligent Incident, users can monitor the status of incidents as reported from ITS devices in the field through Intelligent NETworks.

Using incident management options, a system operator can personally respond to an incident detected guided by standard operating procedures, or the system can monitor and manage the response unattended.  Intelligent Incident within Intelligent NETworks can also handle scenarios and Amber Alerts.  Amber Alerts can be put on any or all signs.
