Intelligent Maintenance is a maintenance support system that keeps an automatic listing of all alarms and maintenance activities that have been created by the sub-systems. This tool helps operators record and track maintenance events and provides supervisors with the ability to track all maintenance events. Intelligent Maintenance can also automatically generate job cards for field technicians, automating the paperwork process.

Intelligent Maintenance allows for users to schedule maintenance on devices within the system, whether it is regular maintenance or emergency maintenance. The system also has the capabilities to record and log all operator responses to alarms into a central database and to provide text and email messaging of critical alarms to operators. Operators are able to generate reports for all maintenance activities.
